Your days will include:

• Leading the planning, directing, and coordinating daily production activities on the Cut Floor
• Coaching, motivating, mentoring, and developing supervisors to drive strong leadership performance
• Assisting in setting, tracking, and reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Supporting safe, cost-effective, and efficient manufacturing while meeting food safety and regulatory standards, product quality and quantity targets
• Leading special projects and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve performance
• Collaborating and maintaining open and effective communication across departments and teams
• Filling in for the Production Manager or Production Supervisors as required

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Grade 12 education; diploma in Business Administration is an asset
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive plant floor leadership experience in food processing
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and cost control
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience driving continuous improvement and operational efficiencies
