Technical Support Engineer (Perm "Toronto -REMOTE") Thisis a central and dynamic position within the organization. The candidate willprovide technical support to current and prospective clients, contribute to thedevelopment of self -help content, and provide technical support related tocompany IT systems. Great communication, time management, and social skills areessential as you will be responsible for managing a variety of support matterswhile providing excellent "customer" service. You may be asked to contribute tothe software testing or bug fixes, and installing and configuring companyproducts.
