The Enterprise Project Manager is a critical role responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale enterprise projects. Reporting to the Office of the CEO, this position serves as the central point of contact for all project-related communication, ensuring transparency and alignment across internal teams and with our customers. We're looking for a highly skilled Project Manager who has a passion for getting things done and doing it right. You're not only a super star project manager but you also lead with a foundation of trust and understanding. This role is essential for building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships while ensuring project deliverables align with company goals, strategic priorities, and, most importantly, customer needs. 

**Note: This is a 12 Month Contract.

 
YOU'RE FIRED UP ABOUT

Project Leadership & Execution 

  • Lead the full project lifecycle for multiple large-scale enterprise projects within a SaaS environment. 
  • Primarily responsible for driving success across enterprise customer projects, with the flexibility to pivot to other high-priority projects as resource-capacity, urgency, and business needs dictate.
  • Responsible for defining the scope, goals, and deliverables in close partnership with our senior leadership and key stakeholders. 
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within scope.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

  • As the central point of contact for all project communication, you'll be the bridge between internal Coconut teams. 
  • Provide regular, concise, and accurate status updates to all stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment where every team member is empowered to contribute.
  • This requires a high degree of collaboration as you build and maintain strong relationships across Implementation, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Sales.

Strategic Alignment & Optimization

  • You'll ensure every project aligns with our company's business goals and strategic priorities. 
  • You will consistently seek to elevate our project delivery processes and demonstrate resilience and adaptability when faced with unexpected challenges, guiding your team to navigate obstacles with a positive and solution-oriented mindset.

Client Management & Service Excellence

  • For Enterprise customers, ensure overall project delivery on product and feature requirements meet the scope, budget, and quality expectations as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). 
  • Champion a culture of service excellence by ensuring all interactions and deliverables reflect our commitment to high-quality service and client satisfaction.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level SaaS projects from initiation to completion.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a keen eye for identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Aha, Asana or similar platforms.
  • Project Management (PMP) or Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master) is a bonus.
  • Curiosity for innovation: We're looking for someone who loves to learn and elevate their skills with new technology, particularly AI and large language models (LLMs) like Google Gemini.
    • You should have a foundational understanding of how these tools work and a strong desire to explore how they can be used to solve business and customer problems.
