The Role
We're looking for a strategic, hands-on SEO specialist to support our strategy and creative teams. This role is not just about running audits or building keyword lists. You'll play a critical part in planning, implementing, and optimizing local organic strategies—helping shape how our clients show up in their markets.
You'll work cross-functionally with our head of strategy (focused on content/relevance), our head of creative (focused on site structure/accessibility), and our writers and developers.
What You'll Do
  • Execute local SEO strategy across websites and Google Business Profiles (GBP)
  • Perform and interpret SEO audits, identify action items, and help implement them
  • Track keyword rankings, identify gaps and opportunities, and report on changes in performance
  • Support GBP optimization through ongoing updates, posts, and best practices
  • Respond to algorithm updates with practical on-page or technical improvements
  • Use tools like Search Console, Analytics, and Ads to identify SEO-impacting trends
  • Work with writers to guide content briefs and ensure content aligns with SEO strategy
  • Bring a growth mindset to the team: spot opportunities, fix errors, and improve systems


Who We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (local SEO strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, schema, and site structure
  • Comfortable in Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, and SEO research tools
  • Strong communicator who can interpret data into action, not just dashboards
  • Understands how SEO ties into UX, content, and conversions
  • Ability to work independently and own your roadmap
  • Must be comfortable executing your own recommendations when needed
  • Bonus: Familiarity with the auto industry or dealership websites
