The Position

In collaboration with management and the registrar's office, the Admissions Advisor will ensure effective admissions governance.

Key responsibilities include:

Admissions:

  • Represent Cumberland College in a professional manner
  • Follow-ups (phone, e-mail, sms, video meeting)
  • Updating CRM
  • Documenting student's admissions files
  • Assisting student services
  • Reach admissions targets

Collaborating closely with the registrar's office to ensure student integration.

  • Assisting in organizing graduation ceremonies.
  • Following strict admissions procedures.
  • Contributing to maintaining quality assurance systems compliance.

Desired Profile

  • You excel in sales and customer service.
  • You demonstrate sound judgment and diligence in all your actions.
  • You are proficient with office tools (Office 365, Google Suite, etc.).
  • Data processing and analysis are second nature to you.
  • Your sense of responsibility and initiative are often praised.

Conditions

  • Requires on-site presence
