As a licensed real estate professional, you will play a key role in driving leasing activity for our portfolio of commercial properties. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while contributing to a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute online marketing strategies, including digital advertising, property listings, and targeted lead generation to attract prospective tenants.

  • Conduct property tours and showings for potential renters, highlighting features, location benefits, and lease terms to build interest and close deals.

  • Collect and review leasing applications, coordinate required documentation, and submit complete files for approval in a timely manner.

  • Negotiate lease terms (where applicable under brokerage guidelines) and maintain strong communication with prospects, owners, and internal teams.

En tant que professionnel de l'immobilier titulaire d'un permis, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion locative de notre portefeuille d'immeubles commerciaux. Principales responsabilités :

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marketing en ligne, incluant la publicité numérique, la publication d'annonces immobilières et la génération ciblée de prospects afin d'attirer des locataires potentiels.

  • Effectuer des visites des propriétés pour les locataires potentiels, en mettant en valeur les caractéristiques, les avantages de l'emplacement et les modalités de location afin de susciter leur intérêt et de conclure des ententes.

  • Recueillir et examiner les demandes de location, coordonner la documentation requise et soumettre des dossiers complets pour approbation dans les délais prescrits.

  • Négocier les modalités de location (le cas échéant, conformément aux directives du courtier) et maintenir une communication efficace avec les prospects, les propriétaires et les équipes internes.
    • Gérer un volume important de demandes de visites et planifier les visites avec un sens aigu de l'urgence afin d'optimiser les taux d'occupation.

Profil du candidat idéal :

  • Esprit compétitif, autonome et axé sur les ventes, avec une expérience avérée dans l'atteinte et le dépassement des objectifs.

  • Grande autonomie et proactivité dans la gestion des activités quotidiennes.

  • Maîtrise des médias sociaux et excellentes compétences pour l'utilisation des plateformes de promotion immobilière et la génération de demandes de visites.

  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite, capacité à établir rapidement une relation de confiance et à présenter les propriétés de façon convaincante.

  • Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais) (essentiel pour les interactions avec les clients au Québec).

  • Excellentes aptitudes en organisation et en gestion du temps pour gérer efficacement de multiples demandes de visites, visites et échéances.

  • Fiabilité, ponctualité et professionnalisme en toutes circonstances.

  • Détention d'un permis immobilier valide au Québec (permis de courtier ou d'agent de l'OACIQ) – requis pour les activités de location.

Expérience et qualifications :

  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en vente et/ou location sur le marché locatif commercial canadien (un atout ; l'expérience en location résidentielle peut être considérée).
