We are seeking an energetic and organized Trade Marketing Coordinator to support several brands within our portfolio.

The role involves coordinating day-to-day marketing activities, assisting with brand promotions, managing content updates, and supporting campaign execution across various channels. The ideal candidate is bilingual, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where creativity and collaboration meet structure and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage Sales Rep and Customer special requests.

Create and or update Order Forms, catalogues, images, and other trade marketing admin tasks.

Coordinate the creation of promotional materials, newsletters, and in-store displays.

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for multiple brands (B2B)

Maintain and update brand assets, image libraries, and marketing calendars.

Assist in organizing events, training sessions, and product launches.

Track and report on campaign performance, sales data, and key marketing KPIs.

Provide administrative and creative support to brand managers and sales teams.

Local sourcing and promotion material development

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in marketing, coordination, or communications.

College or university degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Bilingual (French and English) — written and spoken.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Interest in cosmetics, beauty, or consumer goods a strong advantage.
