What we're looking for

We're looking for driven, reliable, and energetic 
Production Assistants (PAs)
 to support our team during fast-paced live events this holiday season. This exclusive experience brings the spirit of the holidays directly into people's homes, with a custom-designed glass truck serving as the centerpiece of a traveling celebration. As part of the on-site team, you'll assist with logistics, setup, and coordination to ensure each event runs smoothly from start to finish. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, isn't afraid to get hands-on, and can juggle multiple tasks with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support event setup, on-site operations, and tear-down
  • Assist with loading/unloading
  • Help with food prep and handling, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed
  • Drive the event van between locations
  • Provide on-site support to the production team
  • Maintain a professional, service-oriented attitude with staff and the public
  • Jump in wherever needed to keep the event running smoothly

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Food Handling Certification
  • Access to a safe parking space near your home
  • Experience working in 
    high-paced event environments

(e.g., festivals, brand activations, pop-ups, catering events, hotels)
- Strong communication skills and an 
outgoing, team-player attitude
- Ability to multitask, move quickly, and handle physically active tasks
- Punctual, reliable, and integrity-driven
