The Company

Our client is a leader in waste management and recycling space. They are looking for Client Inquiries Helpline support to field calls and help people share their concerns and find answers to their questions.

The Job

As a Client Inquiries Helpline representative, you will handle high-volume inbound calls from residents about recycling pickup changes. Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • De-escalate and resolve calls from frustrated callers
  • Answer general enquiries clearly and professionally
  • Accurately document call details and outcomes in internal systems
  • Follow approved scripts, processes, and escalation protocols
  • Maintain patience, composure, and consistency throughout shifts

What you bring to the job

You are someone with strong verbal communication skills with the ability to calm upset callers

  • High level of patience, reliability, and professionalism
  • Comfortable handling frequent complaints and confrontational conversations
  • Flexible availability, including some shifts after-hours and on weekends
  • Ability to work fully remote for a six-month contract
  • Comfortable with virtual training and interviews
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
