About the Role
A Retail Sales Advisor at Snuggle Bugz is energetic, upbeat, and Friend-oriented (that's what we call our customers). You're a great listener, a natural problem solver, and you love sharing product knowledge to help parents make the best choices for their little ones.
Requirements
- Charismatic, energetic, and people- focused
- Excellent communicator with Friends, peers, and managers
- Proven success working in a team environment
- Able to stand for 6–8 hour shifts
- Comfortable lifting or moving up to 50 lbs
- Self-starter who can complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Confident handling cash and operating a POS system
- Comfortable using email programs and basic computer tools
- Awareness and comfort with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone
- Complete sales transactions, inventory lookups, and special orders using the POS system
- Serve as a product expert — helping Friends find the perfect fit for their needs
- Receive shipments and restock product as needed
- Maintain store cleanliness (sales floor, displays, backroom, and Friend areas)
- Assist with merchandising and store promotional signage
- Support additional duties and responsibilities as required
