Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate project activities on-site. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive project management expertise, and proficiency in various methodologies and tools. This role involves managing teams, vendors, and resources to ensure successful project delivery aligned with organizational goals. The Site Supervisor will play a critical role in implementing best practices, managing risks, and ensuring quality standards across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring effective team management and clear communication of project objectives.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution using methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate vendor activities to meet project requirements.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, risk management, and change management processes to adapt project scope as needed.
  • Utilize tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, SharePoint, Trello, Workday, Basecamp, Project Server, and ServiceNow for project tracking and documentation.
  • Monitor project progress through data analysis skills and data collection techniques; prepare presentations using Visio or other visualization tools.
  • Ensure adherence to quality management standards and facilitate project implementation while managing budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, manage expectations, negotiate resources, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement process improvements related to product development or service delivery to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven supervising experience in complex projects with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies including PMBOK, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), SAFe, Waterfall, and Program Management principles.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, SharePoint, Trello, Workday, Basecamp, Project Server, ServiceNow; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team coordination.
  • Experience in vendor management, risk management strategies, requirements gathering, and change management processes.
  • Technical expertise in data analysis (SAS), requirements management tools like Visio or Requirements Management software; familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of product management concepts and experience in product development cycles is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly desirable. This position offers an opportunity to lead impactful projects within a dynamic environment that values innovation and strategic thinking.
