Vos tâches :
Offrir un service impeccable aux clients voyageurs pour forger des relations à long terme et fidéliser une clientèle solide;
Vendre une grande variété de produits de fournisseurs privilégiés pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs;
Fournir des informations de voyage précises et complexes (p. ex. des documents de voyage détaillés, etc.);
Organiser des promotions et créer des partenariats durant le réseautage;
Aider à la résolution des plaintes des clients;
Facturer et documenter les dossiers de clients avec précision et conformément à la politique de l'entreprise;
Collaborer étroitement avec les clients, les voyagistes et plusieurs services de soutien internes.
Votre profil :
Expérience en tant qu'agent(e) de voyages;
Disponibilité pour travailler durant différents quarts de travail, y compris les soirs et les fins de semaine;
Certificat provincial;
Un an d'expérience dans l'industrie du voyage;
Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais).

What You'll Do:
Provide high quality service to consumer travel clients emphasizing long-term working relationships to build a strong repeat customer base
Sell a full range of preferred supplier products to meet and exceed targets
Provide accurate, complex travel information (i.e. detailed travel documentation, etc.)
Organize and assist with local business building promotions and local networking
Assist in the resolution of client complaints
Invoice and document client files accurately in accordance to company policy
Works closely with Consumers, Tour Operators and various Internal Support departments
What You'll Need:
Experience as a Travel Advisor
Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
Provincial certification
1 Year of experience in the Travel industry
Bilingual (French/English) Required
