We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing, customer service systems, and online order coordination.

This role focuses on managing customer communications, improving digital workflows, and creating marketing strategies to support our operations in both Ottawa and Nunavut.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all online customer service operations, including order tracking, updates, and support.

  • Coordinate between customers, warehouse staff, and northern logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Manage and update website content, product listings, and digital order forms.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting customers across Nunavut.

  • Optimize online performance through SEO and analytics tools.

  • Monitor customer experience data and report key insights to management.

  • Manage social media communication and online advertisements.

  • Support and train customer service staff to maintain high service quality.

Qualifications

  • Education:

  • High school diploma required.

  • Diploma or degree in marketing, business, or e-commerce is an asset.

  • Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, customer service management, or logistics coordination.

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving ability.

  • Proficiency in SEO, online marketing, and website management (WordPress/WooCommerce preferred).

  • Knowledge of basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is an asset.

  • Understanding of shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
