Title: Product Operations Analyst

The Challenge: Vagal Digital Products is currently navigating a period of rapid architectural scaling. We need a Product Operations Analyst who can act as the vital link between our engineering sprints and our market-facing product strategy. This isn't a passive data role; you will be responsible for identifying structural friction within our product lifecycle and implementing data-driven workflows that allow our developers to move faster without sacrificing data integrity.

Strategic Responsibilities: * Operational Infrastructure: Design and maintain the internal toolstack (Jira, Productboard, and internal SQL databases) to ensure a seamless flow of information from customer feedback to technical debt prioritization.

  • Data Integrity & Auditing: Perform rigorous weekly audits of product usage data to ensure that the metrics driving our roadmap are accurate and free from telemetry noise.
  • Cross-Functional Optimization: Lead the synchronization of product releases with marketing and support teams, providing them with granular performance dashboards and predictive impact reports.
  • Bottleneck Analysis: Identify "dead zones" in the user journey using cohort analysis and provide the product team with specific, actionable technical briefs to improve retention.

Technical Qualifications: * Experience: 5+ years in a Product Operations or Systems Analysis role, specifically within a high-growth SaaS or digital product environment.

  • Analytics Stack: Expert-level proficiency in SQL and significant experience with data visualization (Looker or Tableau) and event-tracking tools (Mixpanel or Amplitude).
  • Project Governance: Demonstrated ability to manage complex project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
