Crave has been voted Durham Regions BEST Doughnut We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team. We are hiring a Part Time Team Doughnut Maker who is hard working, positive, and dedicated to our craft. Sound fun? We can't wait to hear from you

Please Note: We are not hiring for seasonal positions.

**This position is for overnight shifts with a 12am start time, please do not apply if you are unable to commit to 12am-8am shift**

What we are looking for:

  • 1-2 years Bakery/Food Handling experience (Baking/Culinary Diploma/Certificate Post Secondary is an asset)
  • Experience with brioche dough and proofing knowledge.
  • Positive and self motivated attitude
  • Great attention to detail
  • Organized with good time management skills
  • Work well independently, as well with others
  • Able to work Wednesday-Mondays.
  • Able to work over night (12am start time)
  • Weekend/Holiday availability
  • Able to lift 20kg
  • Valid Food Handlers Certificate

General Responsibilities:

  • Preparing doughs
  • Rolling, proofing, and frying doughnuts
  • Filling, glazing and decorating doughnuts
  • Eye for quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Sanitizing surfaces and keeping a clean work area

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
