Responsibilities

  • Prepare and mix dough according to established recipes.
  • Operate baking equipment and ovens safely and efficiently.
  • Decorate donuts with icing, sprinkles, and other toppings to create visually appealing products.
  • Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Package finished products for display or sale.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and answering their questions about products.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient supplies and notifying management when restocking is needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and baking processes.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and practices.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
  • Experience in cake decorating is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing time effectively.
  • Attention to detail in both baking and presentation of products.
