We are seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Specialist with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience supporting global clinical trial operations. This role will partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient supply of study materials across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end clinical supply chain activities across assigned studies.
  • Collaborate with
    internal teams
    (Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Quality) and
    external partners
    (CROs, depots, suppliers).
  • Coordinate clinical supply needs for
    US, Canada, EU, and Latin America
    .
  • Track supply levels, shipments, and study‑specific timelines.
  • Assist with forecasting, labeling, packaging coordination, and distribution oversight.
  • Ensure adherence to regional regulatory and GxP requirements.

Required Experience

  • 3–5 years of
    clinical supply chain
    experience.
  • Experience supporting
    internal and external stakeholders
    .
  • Background supporting
    multi‑regional clinical studies
    (U.S., Canada, EU, LATAM).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
