Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acupuncturist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert acupuncture treatments to patients, promoting wellness and pain relief through traditional Chinese medicine techniques. This role requires a strong focus on patient care, effective communication, and adherence to medical standards. The Acupuncturist will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive holistic care in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine treatment plans tailored to individual needs
  • Administer acupuncture treatments using sterile, single-use needles with precision and care
  • Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and provide guidance on post-treatment care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations
  • Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure treatment efficacy
  • Stay updated on the latest acupuncture techniques and integrate evidence-based practices into treatments
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients, adhering to health and safety standards

Experience

  • Prior experience working in hospital or clinical settings is preferred
  • Proven ability in patient care, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
  • Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to holistic health practices is advantageous
  • Certification or licensing as an Acupuncturist is required, with ongoing education encouraged
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
