Project & Warehouse Coordinator — Innovative Flooring

Innovative Flooring is seeking a Project & Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team in Abbotsford, BC. This is an in-person role focused on warehouse operations, deliveries, and project organization — ideal for someone hands-on, detail-driven, and ready to make things happen.

What You'll DoWarehouse & Logistics

  • Receive, record, and organize incoming materials and shipments
  • Maintain accurate inventory and clear material locations
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
  • Prepare outgoing orders and coordinate deliveries to job sites
  • Make deliveries to local project sites when needed
  • Safely load and unload materials (forklift certification not required — we'll train you)
  • Track deliveries and communicate with the team to ensure materials arrive on time

Project Coordination

  • Track project material needs, timelines, and delivery schedules
  • Communicate with vendors, installers, and internal teams
  • Flag and troubleshoot issues early to keep projects on schedule
  • Ensure all materials are prepped and ready before installation

Showroom Support (By Appointment)

  • Maintain a clean, professional showroom environment for booked visits
  • Prepare samples and displays when clients or designers are scheduled
  • Keep sample inventory organized and easy to find

And other tasks as needed.

Who You Are

  • Respectful, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • A self-starter who takes pride in doing things properly and efficiently
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving materials safely
  • Comfortable driving and making local deliveries
  • Tech-friendly — able to use basic computer systems (training provided)
  • Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
  • Looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow
