About the Role:

Pentera is seeking a Senior PR and Content Manager to drive our global public relations strategy. In this role, you will report to the VP of Brand and work to position Pentera and its executives as the authority in security validation, securing visibility across top-tier cyber, technology, and business media.

We're looking for a storyteller with a proven background in public relations or journalism who can translate complex security topics into compelling narratives. You'll be responsible for shaping our external presence and creating high-impact content that elevates Pentera's leadership in the cybersecurity market.

As Senior PR and Content Manager, you'll manage both your own media outreach and relationships with PR agencies worldwide, driving consistent media coverage and brand visibility among key decision-makers and target audiences.

You'll collaborate directly with senior leadership, cyber researchers, product executives, Product Marketing, Analyst Relations, Sales, and Talent Acquisition. You'll craft narratives that showcase Pentera's platform, customers, and partners, further solidifying our position as the authority in security validation.

As a storyteller, you'll also lead the creation, refinement, and editing of proprietary content that fuels global marketing initiatives and reinforces Pentera's authority in the market.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead proactive communication strategies and global PR programs that support business growth, product launches, and market reach.
  • Develop pitches, press materials, and media content that drive coverage and reinforce Pentera's thought leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, analysts, influencers, and creators to extend our reach.
  • Secure high-value speaking opportunities for Pentera executives at industry events and conferences.
  • Write, edit, and deliver content including blog posts, website copy, research reports, eBooks, and bylined articles - ensuring a consistent narrative aligned with Pentera's brand strategy.
  • Support Sales and Demand Generation by creating, editing, and refining content that drives engagement and results.
  • Manage the awards program, from identifying opportunities to submitting applications that showcase our leadership.
Requirements

Requirement

  • 5+ years in public relations and/or communications; B2B enterprise technology experience in cybersecurity strongly preferred. Public company experience - an advantage.
  • Proven track record developing media strategies, shaping storylines, and securing top-tier coverage - both in news-driven and evergreen contexts.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity media landscape and broader business environment.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into clear, relatable, and executive-ready narratives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with AI-driven content and productivity tools to enhance research, writing, and media engagement.
  • Great interpersonal skills and a history of collaborating across functions (Sales, Product, etc.); scaleup experience a plus.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with sharp attention to detail and nuance.
  • Positive, energetic, with a strong can-do attitude and the ability to pivot as needed.
  • Native English speaker - a must; Hebrew proficiency an advantage.
