Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Automotive Technician to join our team. We are a 6 bay shop located off 99st. The right candidate will possess a strong teamwork mindset and a good attitude. We are looking for a red seal certified mechanic to round out our team-OOPI certification is required.

Duties

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles, including diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical issues.
  • Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs or replacements.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in the repair process.
  • Conduct welding tasks when necessary to ensure structural integrity of vehicle components.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assist in heavy lifting of automotive parts and equipment as needed during repairs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic, Red Seal required
  • Out of Province Inspection license is required
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to automotive work.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with vehicle repairs.
  • A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to automotive repair are a plus.
