Escape Room Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as an Escape Room Store Manager. As the manager of our escape room facility, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers, and leading a team to success.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the escape room facility, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance.
  • Ensure all rooms are set up and maintained according to company standards.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and staff.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.

Customer Experience:

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience through creative room designs, engaging puzzles, and immersive storytelling.
  • Collect and respond to customer feedback, making adjustments to improve satisfaction and retention.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of game masters and support staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing guidance, feedback, and support to team members.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operation and maximize productivity.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, social media content, and advertising campaigns.
  • Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the escape room and build relationships with local businesses and organizations.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to maintain quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any issues or repairs in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the escape room remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, particularly as they relate to entertainment venues.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
