Requirements:

  • Hospitality or theatre experience is an asset
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
  • Bilingualism is extremely valuable

  • Storyteller and character actor
  • Engage guests and ensure a first-class experience
  • Manage the concierge experience
  • Serve food and beverage items in our licensed lounge

Job Description:

ESCAPE ROOM HOST ROLE

1) Greet guests; be an ambassador of the brand

2) Answer questions regarding general escape briefing notes

3) Deliver storyline / context for escapes; YOU put the "immerse" in "immersive"

4) Provide clues to guests and manage all aspects of the room escape experience

5) Reset escape rooms between guests

6) Participate in Escape experiences through hitting cues for lights/props/timers/soundtracks/puzzles as

necessary

7) Make repairs and modifications to game experiences as necessary

8) Debrief guests after their escape experience, spot any potential negative reactions

9) Stock escape supplies, organize workstations

10) Maintain public space and room escape cleanliness as required or assigned

11) Ensure our guests have an awesome time and rebook

12) Encourage very happy guests to leave positive reviews

13) Knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, a la carte menu items and group menus

14) Have full knowledge of all lounge activations and game add-ons

15) Direct not so happy guests to Team Leaders/management for Guest Recovery

16) Assist in other areas as required by management
