About the Role
We're looking for a positive, organized, proactive, and caring Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.
You'll be the welcoming voice for our customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
Working closely with the office team, you'll support scheduling, communication, and coordination between our customers, technicians, and management - helping to keep daily operations running smoothly and everyone connected.

What You'll Do
Customer Care & Communication
- Be the first point of contact for customers - answering calls, emails, and messages with a friendly, professional approach.
- Listen attentively, understand customer needs, and provide information or solutions with empathy.
- Schedule appointments and communicate clearly with both customers and field staff.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Organize and prioritize daily service calls for our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical teams.
- Ensure the right technician is assigned to each job, balancing skills, location, and timing.
- Keep customers informed of schedules or changes in a proactive, reassuring manner.
Administrative & Office Support
- Screen calls for the management team and help prioritize communications required
- Maintain accurate records, notes, and schedules in our office systems.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day workflows.
What You Bring
- A

- you can manage a busy day with grace and clarity. - Previous experience in customer service or administration (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication
skills - both written and verbal. - Comfort with
Google Workspace
