With the ongoing current Russia/ Ukraine conflict, we will temporarily
**cease buying or selling of Russian Rubles and buying of Ukrainian Hryvnia.** We hope this measure will be temporary and we are able to resume normal trading of RUB and UAH in the near future.

**Part-Time**:
At Vancouver Bullion & Currency Exchange you will enjoy a fascinating career in the exciting world of foreign exchange and precious metals. In this role, you will get to know our business quickly and will partner with a diverse group of talented VBCE professionals. Over the counter you will help us buy and sell 100+ currencies that range from US Dollars, Euros, Pounds, Pesos to more exotic currencies such as Colons, Kronas, Won, Bhat and much more. You will also help us buy and sell precious metals from Gold, Silver to Platinum in various shapes and sizes.

Forex and Precious Metals are all influenced by global financial markets, central banking policies, world and economic breaking news headlines etc. If you find an interest in finance you will definitely be captivated by our specialized industry. Customer Service Representative

The customer service representative is one of the most import roles at Vancouver Bullion & Currency Exchange. As an ambassador of our brand you are the face of the company that will interact one on one with our customers and assist them with the many different products and services VBCE has to offer.

We are looking for the following:
Promptly assist customers with a wide variety of foreign currency and bullion transactions in a professional, knowledgeable, courteous & efficient manner. Identify customer needs & match with appropriate products or services using relationship selling techniques. Make qualified referrals to other team members. Own customer inquiries/concerns/complaints. Ensure service recovery procedures and security & safeguarding procedures for prevention of loss are followed. Self-Management & Teamwork Functional level knowledge of Gold/Silver, Foreign Currency products/services Provide customer satisfaction excellence by creating a positive image and memorable impression. Introductory level knowledge of: administrative support, communication & rapport-building skills Job Requirement

Excellent oral & written communication skills in English Demonstrate initiative & desire for life-long learning Excellent customer service skills Analytical and problem solving skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently Bachelor degree preferred Company Description
