About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to join our team in Quebec. This is a leadership position responsible for managing regional licensee growth and performance, improving business operations through effective use of industry best practices, GAA rules, insurer guidelines, and CSN System utilization.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills with attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in management within the collision repair industry.


Duties:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for CSN Licensees within the region,
  • Collaborate with national manager of field operations to identify opportunities for growth,
  • Conduct quarterly meetings with licensees to review performance data,
      and provide guidance on operational improvement strategies.  

This role requires strong technical analysis skills
with ability to apply in-depth knowledge of automotive repair industry trends.
