Aline Cabinetry Canada Ltd is a leading wholesaler of pre-fabricated modular kitchen and bath cabinets. Established in Toronto in 2022, we are the newest North American distribution center, supported by facilities in China and Vietnam.

Position Summary

We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Manager Assistant to support daily operations across Logistics, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Finance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving, coordination, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Manager with planning, coordination, and reporting across departments.
  • Support logistics scheduling, inventory control, and warehouse efficiency.
  • Help track performance metrics and prepare operational reports.
  • Provide administrative and customer service support, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
  • Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and document management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support (experience in Cabinetry or Furniture industry is an asset).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with NetSuite or ERP systems an asset.
  • Mandarin language skill is a strong asset.
