The Kamsack Family Resource Centre is a prevention-based model of service delivery, inclusive of a space where all families can play, interact and learn together while having access to quality programs and services which enhance child development and caregiver well-being.
SIGN is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic facilitator with strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and demonstrate an understanding and enthusiasm for the importance of early childhood development, parent child attachment and the importance of early year family centres.

Expectations:
· Assist in creating a learning rich environment for families;
· Plan, organize, assist and facilitate age-appropriate play-based learning and sessions for children and parents;
· Demonstrate collaborative working relationships with staff, families, children and community partners;
· Maintain the physical space ensuring appropriate and adequate resources are available and the environment is safe and clean;
- Answer questions or concerns from families and provide referrals when required;
- Communicate and work effectively with others and independently;
- Accessibility for some evening and weekend programming.
Qualifications and experience:
· An Early Childhood Education Certification or an equivalent combination of work experience and education;
- 1 to 2 years' experience working with children 0-6 year-old and their parents/caregivers;
- Experience facilitating programs with both adults and children;
- Valid First Aid and CPR;
- Valid Saskatchewan Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle;
- A recent and clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check from RCMP.
