We are hiring for an existent vacancy, seeking an Intermediate Accountant based in Canada to support the financial operations of our subsidiaries. This role works closely with external accountants and local teams to ensure accurate bookkeeping, tax compliance, and smooth daily operations.

Location: On-site | 88 Fulton Way, Richmond Hill, ON

Type: Full-Time | Salary + bonus + Benefits + Paid Time Off

Reports to: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full-cycle monthly bookkeeping using SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
  • Coordinate tax compliance with external consultants, including payroll review, monthly statutory filings, and annual corporate income tax submissions.
  • Process payments, manage vendor communications, and prepare withholding tax certificates.
  • Review third-party service fees and collect supporting documentation related to revenue and cost activities.
  • Maintain and update local finance procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting, reconciliations, and ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries.
  • Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting and financial systems, preferably with experience in SAP.
  • Solid understanding of payroll, tax compliance, and general accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese, and/or Spanish is considered an asset.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
