Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Ottawa, ON. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction, generating and following up on leads, managing client accounts, and supporting customer service operations. This role includes building relationships with clients, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with team members to drive sales and growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales experience prefered but not mandatory
  • Strong ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Account Management and relationship building
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an on-site, team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of lighting, control, and electrical products is an asset
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is an advantage
