Your Impact in This Role

  • Deliver an exceptional, compassionate experience for every client — in person, by phone, or online
  • Support clinic operations and take lead on internal projects that matter
  • Coordinate clinician schedules and appointments with precision
  • Manage third-party billing (ICBC, WSBC, etc.) and support A/R workflows
  • Process payments and ensure smooth, accurate financial transactions
  • Keep the clinic organized, compliant, welcoming, and running at its best
  • You will be the anchor that keeps the clinic flowing, from the small details to the big moments that matter.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in healthcare, customer service, or hospitality
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence
  • Organized, detail-focused, and proactive
  • A calm, professional presence, even on busy day

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with Jane
  • Familiarity with ICBC/WSBC or neuro populations
  • Understanding of billing or accounts receivable
  • A natural drive to improve systems and elevate experiences
