We are hiring one part-time staff and one full-time staff. Must be available to work on weekdays

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
  • Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining proper presentation standards.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is required.
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and ensuring accurate billing.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding hospitality to guests.
