Lead Bartender

Looking for Lead Bartender to make sure the bar operations runs efficiently. As the team leader, the lead bartender supervises and trains employees in their respective duties as bartenders, cocktail waitresses or cleanup crews. They teach and train employees how to prepare and deliver drinks and how to set up the bar at the beginning of a shift and break it down at the end of a shift.

Will work closely with Food and Beverage Manager to implement training, help with inventory management, ordering, scheduling ,creating drink & wine menu, assist & executing events.
- Experience in/with high level Customer Service is a must.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays and a variety of morning/afternoon/evening shifts.
- Experience in Bartending is mandatory.
- Smart Serve certifications are required at time of hire.
- Experience as a Server/Wait Staff is an asset.
- Must have the ability to lead and set examples for other F&B Staff.
- Customer service focused, providing continuous “above-the-bar” service at all times.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a tight knit team.
- Effective communication with both guests and team members.
- Punctuality and reliability is a must.
- Ability to multitask efficiently with strong organizational skills.
- Willing to go the extra-mile to assist both guests and team mates
- Extensive wine knowledge an asset.

Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Experience**:
