Job Description

As a valuable member of the Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for the delivery of championship customer service to fans during various events at all of our MLSE locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Draught Deck Servers by organizing orders, delivering orders to the tables and clearing tables in Draught Deck

• Set-up, replenish and tear-down the Draught Deck Suites

• Work diligently to ensure safe food handling principles are practiced

• Ensure work area and equipment is clean and organized at all times

• Perform other administrative or service functions as required

• Provide fast Fan service with a smile

• Ensure areas are cleaned and stocked for our Fans to enjoy.

• Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety

• Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act

• All other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Smart Serve Certification required

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the province of Ontario

• Previous food service experience an asset

• Safe food handling training an asset

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service

• Work well under pressure; handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Comfortable walking/standing for long periods of time

• Able to pay close attention to detail

• A winning attitude
