Job Title: Implementation Consultant – Commercial Lending Lifecycle Solution

Job description:

  • Searching for a permanent, full-time candidate to fill an Implementation Consultant role.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement CreditLens and Lending Suite solutions for Capgemini clients
  • Lead client conversations and projects
  • Be able to work on multiple client programs simultaneously
  • Thorough comprehension of the commercial loan origination and approval process, encompassing the roles and responsibilities of lenders/relationship managers and underwriters.
  • Robust familiarity with lending regulations.
  • Competence in interpreting standard financial spreads for individuals and businesses, covering financial ratios, combined statements, and global cash flow.
  • Adept understanding of covenants, covenant calculations, tracking, and testing.

Required Skills:

  • Overall experience in Banking Industry: 8+ years (minimum)
  • Must Have detailed and hands on implementation of any one of the following: Abrigo, nCino, Fusion LaserPro, FIS commercial loan origination, Fiserv Originate, Moody's CreditLens
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Confident speaker with a proven ability to manage client interactions and with implementation services background
  • Commercial Banking lending experience, preferably with CRE/IPRE lending experience (5+ years).
  • Commercial underwriting experience (5+ years)
  • Familiar with rent rolls, unit mix and net operating statements
  • Familiar with credit approval process, authorities, and controls
  • Familiar with risk rating, PD (Probability of Default) and LGD (loss given default)
  • Profound understanding of various commercial loan types, collateral categories, and deal structures.
  • In-depth knowledge of pertinent business documentation, such as term sheets and credit presentations.
  • Proficiency in analyzing individual and business financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
