**Duration: Stepember 25, 2026**

**Employee Group**: Non-Union

**Hours of Work**: Monday - Friday; Days Occassional Weekends; Position is on-site

Humber River Health is undergoing a major HCM transformation, centered on the implementation and optimization of multiple modules within the VIP HCM platform. The first and primary focus of this transformation is the deployment of a new e-recruitment and onboarding module. We are seeking an experienced HCM Implementation Specialist to lead and support this module’s roll out, while also contributing to the broader optimization of other HCM modules across the Human Resources portfolio.

**What would your day look like?**
- Lead and conduct end-to-end testing across all system user groups (Recruiters, Applicants - internal and external, and Hiring Managers) for the Recruitment and Onboarding module.
- Configure, validate, and maintain HCM business rules to align with HR policies, collective agreements, and organizational practices.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and job aids tailored to different stakeholder groups.
- Provide on-site and remote support during system launch.

**Required Attributes**:

- Proven experience implementing HCM systems, ideally VIP or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding workflows
- Experience working with iCIMS highly preferred
- Experience in system testing, UAT coordination, and business rule configuration
- Experience working in healthcare or unionized environments is an asset but not required
