Responsibilities:

- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take food and drink orders accurately

- Deliver food and beverages promptly

- Upsell menu items and specials

- Handle cash transactions and operate a POS system

- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and workstations

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation

Experience:

- Previous experience in food service or a restaurant setting preferred

- Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures

- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and order accuracy

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with kitchen operations to communicate effectively with kitchen staff

- Ability to sanitize work areas effectively

-Wine Knowledge & knowledge of Italian cuisine is essential
