Beelingual is a language enrichment program dedicated to helping children learn through fun, engaging, and interactive experiences. We foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and communication.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a responsible, energetic, and creative After-School Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, is dependable, and can lead small group activities in a structured but nurturing setting.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children in after-school activities
- Support students in homework or enrichment tasks as needed
- Implement and assist with planned educational or recreational activities
- Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
- Communicate effectively with staff and parents when necessary
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of child safety and classroom management
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
