As a Handyman/Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing plumbing leaks, repairing drywall, painting, and assembling furniture.
  • Assist with larger construction or renovation projects, including demolition, framing, or finishing work.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Clean and prepare job sites, including disposing of debris and materials.
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies.
  • Provide support to other team members or contractors as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus.
