Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Leverage existing policy documents and map to current policies

  • Write documents from scratch for operational risk management

  • Uplift framework policies to new expectations

Must Haves:

  • 8+ previous financial services/banking experience

  • 8+ years of ability to write policy documents and end-user documentation

  • Understanding of operational Risk Management

  • Ability to review, revise documents

Nice To Haves:

  • Policy remediation and policy uplift

  • Top 5 banking experience (i.e., RBC, BMO, TD Bank, Scotiabank, CIBC)
