Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server Assistant to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting servers and ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly. This position requires a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Help with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or large parties.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Skills

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
