We are currently seeking a visionary Chief Client Officer, to lead AFSCs client service strategies and elevate service delivery across Alberta. As a key member of the executive team, the CCO will advance and support AFSCs enterprise-wide strategic objectives to grow and sustain Alberta's agriculture sector. The CCO is accountable for the development, delivery, and success of AFSCs lending, insurance, adjusting, and client care operations; functions that directly impact all clients and communities we serve. The ideal candidate will foster a people-centric culture, embrace digital first mindset, and lead initiatives that enhance client experiences while streamlining operations.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the financial (insurance, banking, or related) sector and/or agriculture industry.
- A strong preference for candidates with agricultural experience whether lived or through a private or public sector experience.
- A proven track record of leading client-focused strategies that deepen relationships, improve service delivery and drive business growth.
- The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Government of Alberta, and align client initiatives with AFSC long term goals.
