Job Overview

We at Express Heat Therapy are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. This role pays $20 an hour plus commissions The ideal candidate is personable, persuasive, and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills within a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Understand client needs thoroughly and recommend appropriate products or services that align with their goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotes tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Door- to Door and Fund raising experience helps a lot but not a requirement
  • Ability to understand technical or complex product information and convey it clearly to clients.
  • You are a conversation starter not afraid to approach potential customers
  • You are reliable and resilient in handling rejections which may occur from customers
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and achieving sales targets.
  • Organizational skills for managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
