Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Halifax, NS. Some work from home is acceptable. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing sales and marketing strategies, maintaining customer relations, and delivering training to sales teams. The role includes identifying new sales opportunities, developing marketing campaigns, and providing excellent customer service to foster customer loyalty and reach sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to deliver effective Training sessions
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms is advantageous
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency is a plus
