Your Role:

Choose your own adventure Let's talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. Your role will include:

  • Leading and supporting intermediate and senior engineers in completion of building projects in concrete, steel, masonry, and wood from concept to completion.
  • Working and collaborating with an established, multidisciplinary, integrated technical team of architects, planners, engineers, and technologists to ensure that project deadlines are met, and final deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Analyzing and designing new building structures utilizing industry-leading software (CSI suite, Altair).
  • Developing designs to modify existing structures and designing additions and/or repairs.
  • Providing technical support during construction.
  • Assisting in creating standard details and procedures for design and contract administration.
  • Participating in continued education through formal technical training and collaborative presentations such as Lunch & Learns.
