Together, they advance a shared vision: to cultivate regenerative, culturally grounded, and economically inclusive food systems that strengthen Prairie communities and position entrepreneurs and innovators at the forefront of Canada's green and health innovation economy.

Position Summary

We're looking for an Agricultural Consultant to help shape climate-smart and culturally grounded models of food and farming. This role suits someone who's curious, adaptable, and loves innovation — a hands-on thinker eager to help design the future of agriculture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support applied research on soil health, agroecology, and circular production systems.
  • Advise on low-waste, regenerative, and tech-enabled farming models.
  • Collaborate with producers, researchers, and communities across Manitoba and beyond.
  • Translate findings into practical training and real-world solutions.

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Background in Agriculture, Agronomy, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with sustainable or regenerative agriculture.
  • Love for innovation, curiosity, and working in dynamic start-up environments.

Employment Details

  • Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba (Hybrid or Remote-within-Canada)
  • Type: Full-time, 1-year renewable contract
  • Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually
  • Benefits: Flexible schedule, learning allowance, and space to grow with us
