  • Develop and communicate detailed project execution plans for project completion, including deliverables, work specifications, milestones, budgets, resource allocations, risks & issue registers and change control management.

  • Monitor project progress and performance such as tracking spend vs budget, schedule slippages, change requests

etc and proactively address progress & technical challenges to enable execution excellence.

  • Ensure health, safety, environment (HSE) and regulatory compliance during project delivery.

Strategic & Commercial Support

  • Collaborate with business development and commercial teams to deliver robust technical input for project proposals, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.

  • Oversee project documentation: produce and maintain SOPs, technical deliverables and reports.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with project teams, EPC firms, field operations, and strategic partners to ensure technical feasibility, alignment project objectives and ensure smooth execution.

  • Coordinate 3rd party vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure contract deliverables, quality, schedule adherence and cost alignment.

  • Serve as a bridge between engineering, operations, and commercial teams to align around Carbon Upcycling's industry-focused strategy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in project engineering, project management, or project planning within heavy industry, building materials, or cement.

  • Experience with cement plants, solid material handling, and field operations strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to manage capital-intensive projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination.

  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
