We are seeking a passionate and experienced Basketball Coach to lead our Club team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of basketball strategies, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to player development.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement basketball training programs for players of various skill levels and ages.
  • Teach fundamental basketball skills such as shooting, dribbling, passing, and defense.
  • Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve team performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to players during games and competitions.
  • Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate team activities.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience playing basketball at a competitive level.
  • Strong knowledge of basketball rules, strategies, and techniques.
  • Previous coaching experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain discipline among players.
  • Experience working with students or children in a coaching or mentoring capacity is a plus.
  • Certification in CPR, First Aid, or other relevant certifications is desirable.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.18 per hour
