We are looking for a Missing Information Client Coordinator.
The Missing Information Client Coordinator will provide support to the Canada Operations organization by sorting, counting, and tracking returned mail. The incumbent must be detail oriented, organized, adaptable, and focused while being able to work independently and exercise discretion while managing confidential information.
Accountabilities:
Handle returned mail for all Canada Operations including Wealth, Insurance, and QuadrusProcess and prep the returned mail independently for all lines of business using different applications and mainframes as requiredReview client and household policies across multiple systemsAdd hold mail indicators using applicable mainframes as requiredRe-route mail/documents received to appropriate areas within the companyProvide back-up support to other positions on the team as requiredSupport other administrative duties and/or project work as requiredKnowledge of systems such as Unitrax, Ingenium, Investment Centre, Co-Pilot and OnBase used within Wealth and Insurance would be an assetQualifications and Competencies:
Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detailSelf-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a teamExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated strong organizational capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities and fluctuating workloads Demonstrated customer service mindsetAbility to build and manage trusting relationships with all business partnersDemonstrated business professionalism adhering to Canada Life corporate guidelines for Privacy and Code of Conduct while handling sensitive client informationMicrosoft Office Skills (Excel, Word)We offer a challenging, team-oriented work environment, competitive income and benefits, and opportunities for professional and personal development and growth.

The base salary for this position is between $36,900minimum - $49,800 maximum annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
