Supreme Food Service Ltd. is a rapidly growing B2B Wholesale Restaurant Supply & Cash & Carry Distributor. We supply restaurants, take-aways, catering companies, cloud kitchens, grocery stores and convenience stores across the GTA.

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Territory Field Sales Representative to join our Mississauga team.

This role requires previous Food Distribution sales experience. Please do not apply if you do not have relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio in Mississauga
  • Maintain relationships with current accounts and ensure consistent ordering
  • Bring NEW customers and expand territory coverage (restaurants, grocery, convenience stores etc.)
  • Increase monthly sales volume, market share and repeat business
  • Up-sell & cross-sell additional SKUs and new product categories
  • Conduct in-person visits to customers daily
  • Identify product opportunities and report competitor activity
  • Create orders and manage customer price lists
  • Coordinate with Inside Sales, Logistics & Management team
  • Weekly pipeline, activity and sales reporting

Requirements

  • Must have direct experience in Wholesale Food Distribution / Cash & Carry / Restaurant & Grocery Supply
  • Strong network in restaurant / grocery / convenience store sector is an asset
  • Proven track record of bringing new deals and increasing sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver's license & own vehicle required
  • Ability to work independently & drive growth targets

Compensation

  • Base salary + commission + performance bonuses
